Precision Forgings is the most experienced integrated producer of draftless and conventional aluminum forgings in the United States.

The advantages of no-draft forgings are clearly the reason they are specified by more manufacturers. Some of the advantages are consistent dimensional accuracy and elimination of most draft machining, reducing cost. Additional benefits include enhanced physical properties such as superior strength, grain structure and a precision finish.

Precision Forgings’ capabilities include the following:

Hydraulic forging presses up to 2000 tons.
Maximum forging plan view of 150 square inches in confined dies
Maximum forging plan view of 300 square inches in closed dies
Maximum length of 36 inches
